CEEA is structured with a General Council (maximum deliberative
organ), an Executive Council, an International Scientific
Council (advisory organ of the scientific activity of the
Centre, composed by national and foreign personalities of
recognized merit) and a Fiscal Council. The functions
of the remaining organs are the normal ones in this type of
association.
The members can be founders, associates and correspondents.
The attributions of each one of these organs and the differences
among the categories of members, is best explained in our
Statutes.

sub-areas, of the social development of people and of the
man's rights.
How we think to do it?
The publication of written texts is our main priority.
